Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items. To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at support@humannotmachine.store with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide instructions and the return shipping address.

What if I received the wrong item or something was damaged?
We're sorry for the inconvenience. Please contact us at support@humannotmachine.store with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll make it right promptly.
